Matt Knott is a seasoned leader in the outdoor recreation industry, bringing over 30 years of experience in operations, business strategy, and marketing to Bound for Adventures. Originally from the Harpers Ferry, WV, Matt developed a passion for rafting and outdoor adventure early in his career, eventually turning that passion into a thriving business.

Neal Mundra serves as Chief Financial Officer for Bound for Adventures, bringing more than two decades of financial leadership and strategic planning experience across multiple industries. Throughout his career, Neal has built a strong track record of driving financial performance, supporting operational growth, and guiding organizations through strategic expansion. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, operational finance, and business performance management.

Brian Campbell serves as Chief Operating Officer of Bound for Adventures, bringing decades of leadership and operational expertise from one of the most respected outdoor adventure regions in the country, the New River Gorge. Throughout his career, Brian has played a pivotal role in building and scaling successful outdoor recreation businesses, with deep experience spanning operations, marketing, business development, and large-scale adventure tourism management.
